PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOU.

OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL USA:

Flat Rate Shipping for international sales is $59.00. Free shipping only applies to the continental USA. Shipping outside of the Continental United States is dependent upon the United States Postal Service.

SHIPMENT

Sheila's Sheer Elegance will arrange shipping of the Product to your address. Ownership of the Product passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You, the customer, are asked to select the correct shipping and handling charges as they apply to the purchase price of your order. If you fail to select the proper amount as stated in the drop down menu of the shipping chart in the shopping bag, the correct shipping and handling charges will be added to your final price. Delivery time: 10 - 14 days for in-stock items. Some items may need to be special ordered. Please allow 2 -3 weeks for shipping of special ordered and back ordered items. Sheila's Sheer Elegance Lingerie will inform you of any changes in estimated shipment dates, but it will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of God. We ship United States Post Office (USPS) First Class (unless otherwise specified). All orders not shipped USPS will be delayed 1 -2 days. This includes overnight shipments. Overnight Orders for in-stock items placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped USPS the next day. If you wish to have a premium service (overnight, second day, 3 day, FedEx, RPS or DHL) you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the difference between regular USPS First Class and the premium service. No COD orders. International Orders will have a flat rate of $59.00 US dollars.  Deliveries outside of the Continental United States is dependent upon the United States Post Office and my be permanently or temporarily discontinued at their will.

The limited money back guarantee for international clients is the same as for clients within the United States. Please email Sheila's Sheer Elegance: sales@WacoalBras.com if you wish to exercise the limited money back guarantee. In all cases, Sheila's Sheer Elegance will not be responsible for any shipping and handling charges to and from Sheila's Sheer Elegance, or paying or refunding customs fees, taxes, or VAT that may be due.
